Da quando si contano le 48 ore?
Dalla mia conferma di ricezione dei materiali completi e adeguati all’analisi. Puoi acquistare e inviare le fotografie in un secondo momento: il tempo di consegna comincia quando ho ciò che serve per lavorare sul tuo caso.
Che fotografie devo mandare?
Vanno bene immagini scattate con lo smartphone, chiare e luminose. Includi una visione d’insieme e i dettagli che vuoi farmi osservare. Nel questionario raccontami cosa vendi, cosa vuoi comunicare e quali difficoltà incontri.
È prevista una call?
No. Il Pronto Intervento si svolge attraverso l’analisi del materiale e la consegna del report scritto.

How it works

Tell me about your space. Complete the questionnaire and upload up to 5 photographs using the link provided after purchase.
Wait for my confirmation. I check that your materials are complete and clear enough for the review.
Receive your personalised report. I send it within 48 hours of my confirmation.
When does the 48-hour turnaround begin?
It begins when I confirm that your materials are complete and suitable for the review. You can purchase the service and submit your photographs later: the delivery period starts once I have everything needed to work on your case.
What photographs should I send?
Clear, well-lit smartphone photographs are sufficient. Include an overall view and the details you would like me to examine. In the questionnaire, explain what you sell, what you want to communicate and the challenges you’re facing.
Does the service include a call?
No. Pronto Intervento Visual includes a review of your materials and a written report.
